Adi scores twice late, Timbers tie Real Salt Lake 2-2 (The Associated Press)

Fanendo Adi scored twice in a 4-minute span late in the second half to give the Portland Timbers a 2-2 tie with Real Salt Lake on Saturday night. In the 79th minute, Dairon Asprilla chipped a shot toward goal that ricocheted off the crossbar and fell to Adi six yards from the goal. Adi volleyed it in for his second score of the season.
