Avs' Duchene, MacKinnon out 2 games with knee injuries (Yahoo Sports)

DENVER (AP) -- The Colorado Avalanche say top scorers Matt Duchene and Nathan MacKinnon will miss the next two games with knee injuries and be re-evaluated.
