D.C. United was eliminated from the CONCACAF Champions League despite Julian Buescher's first professional goal in a 1-1 draw against Queretaro on Tuesday night. Angel Sepulveda scored early for Queretaro, which won the two-game quarterfinal series 3-1 on total goals to reach the semifinals in its first appearance in the tournament. Buescher, United's first-round pick in January's MLS SuperDraft, answered late to provide consolation in D.C.'s second quarterfinal exit in as many years.
