Phillip Di Giuseppe scored on a rebound 1:30 into overtime and the Carolina Hurricanes earned a 3-2 win over the Boston Bruins on Thursday night. Di Giuseppe had a wide-open net when Boston goalie Tuukka Rask couldn't corral the rebound on Jeff Skinner's breakaway. The officials reviewed the play for a few minutes before ruling there was no interference when Skinner made contact with Rask outside the crease.
