Dunga keeps Kaka, adds Coutinho for World Cup qualifying (The Associated Press)

RIO DE JANEIRO (AP) -- Kaka and Philippe Coutinho were both chosen for Brazil's World Cup qualifying matches against Uruguay and Paraguay.
