FIFA president Infantino visits South Sudan (The Associated Press)
FIFA's new president Gianni Infantino visited South Sudan Wednesday to open the first headquarters of the South Sudan Football Association. Infantino met with South Sudan's president Salva Kiir and they discussed development of the sport in the country. The FIFA chief also attended an Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match between South Sudan and Benin at Juba Stadium.
