Landeskog has goal, assist as Avalanche beat Panthers, 3-2 (Yahoo Sports)

Gabriel Landeskog had a goal and an assist, Calvin Pickard made 24 of his 38 saves in the third period, and the Colorado Avalanche beat the Florida Panthers 3-2 on Thursday night. Jaromir Jagr had an assist on Florida's first goal to tie Gordie Howe for third all-time in points with 1,850. Jagr, in his 22nd season, ranks third in goals with 743 and his 1,107 assists are sixth.
