Porto loses ground to leader Benfica after 3-1 loss to Braga (The Associated Press)
FC Porto lost 3-1 to Braga to drop six points behind leader Benfica in the Portuguese league on Sunday. Porto appeared to be salvaging a draw when Maxi Pereira scored an 86th-minute equalizer after Ahmed Hassan put Braga ahead in the 71st, but Rafa Silva gave the hosts the lead in the 89th, and midfielder Alan sealed the win in injury time. Braga remains fourth but it cut the gap to Porto to eight points.
