UEFA charges Lazio over fans' racial abuse at Sparta Prague (The Associated Press)

NYON, Switzerland (AP) -- UEFA says it opened a disciplinary case against Lazio for ''racist behavior'' by fans which disrupted a Europa League Round of 16 match.
