Union-Crew Preview (The Associated Press)
The Columbus Crew were again handled on opening day by the team that denied them the MLS Cup, but a visit from Philadelphia could be a decent follow-up to the reminder of their December disappointment. The Union have never won in Columbus, something they'll try to change Saturday night following their own lackluster opener last weekend as they try to find a long-term solution to the loss of Maurice Edu. The defending Eastern Conference champions fell 2-1 in Portland on Sunday, the same score by which the Timbers claimed the trophy Dec. 6 on Columbus' home field.
