2 Trabzonspor fans detained for attacking referee (The Associated Press)
Turkish authorities have detained two Trabzonspor fans - both of them minors - for attacking an assistant referee during a home game against rival Fenerbahce, causing the game to be abandoned. Fenerbahce was leading 4-0 on Sunday when the fans ran on the field and one of them attacked assistant referee Volkan Bayarslan.
