It took just four minutes for Louis van Gaal to go from arguably controlling his own destiny at Manchester United to once more having his future hotly debated. The Red Devils can still pip their noisy neighbours for the final Champions League spot, but they need a win at Old Trafford on Sunday over Bournemouth and some help from Swansea City to make that happen. Manchester United (18-9-10) played their trump card Tuesday in the race for fourth in the table - their match in hand on Manchester City - as they attempted to close down Upton Park with a victory over West Ham United.
