Montagliani elected president of CONCACAF (Reuters)

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Canada's Victor Montagliani was elected president of CONCACAF on Thursday, beating Bermuda's Larry Mussenden. Montagliani won 25 of the 41 votes, against Mussenden's 16, said acting secretary general Ted Howard in announcing the result. CONCACAF governs soccer in North and Central America and the Caribbean.
