Soccer-FIFA lifts suspension on Indonesia (Reuters)

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Soccer's world governing body FIFA on Friday lifted a suspension on Indonesia which was imposed almost a year ago for political interference in the local football association. FIFA president Gianni Infantino said the decision was taken after the government of Indonesia, one of Asia's biggest soccer markets, agreed to remove the offending decree.
