Ireland needs 1st win over Italy in 22 years to advance (The Associated Press)

To stay in the European Championship, Ireland must do something it hasn't done in more than two decades - beat Italy in a competitive match. Any other result in Wednesday's final Group E game at Stade Pierre Mauroy will send the Irish home. No such worries for Italy, though, as coach Antonio Conte led his team to two straight wins to secure first place in the group.
