Cabella helps Marseille beat Lorient 2-0 in French league (The Associated Press)
Winger Remy Cabella scored one goal and created the other for striker Bafetimbi Gomis as Marseille beat Lorient 2-0 Friday in the French league. Cabella opened the scoring in the 19th minute with a free kick from the edge of the penalty, curling the ball just inside the post. Midway through the first half, Gomis went close to making it 2-0 but was denied by goalkeeper Benjamin Lecomte.
