Guingamp beats Marseille 2-1 in French league (The Associated Press)
Marseille failed to recover from conceding a quick goal as it lost 2-1 away to Guingamp in the French league on Sunday. With less than one minute played, forward Yannis Salibur turned in Marcus Coco's cross through the legs of goalkeeper Yohann Pele and Guingamp almost scored again when forward Jimmy Briand forced a fine save from Pele. Marseille striker Bafetimbi Gomis went close in the 30th but his shot rolled just wide of the post.
