Pheonix Copley and Jordan Binnington combined for 23 saves to help the St. Louis Blues beat the Blue Jackets 5-0 Sunday night in Columbus, Ohio, to complete a sweep of the teams' two split-squad games on the opening day of the NHL preseason. Binnington made 12 saves in his 31 minutes, 19 seconds, and Copley stopped the 11 shots he faced in 28:41. T.J. Galiardi, Ty Rattie, Kyle Brodziak, Eric Nostrum and Jordan Kyrou scored for St. Louis.
