Burnley climb table after 2-0 win over Watford (The Associated Press)
Goals from Jeff Hendrick and Michael Keane secured a comfortable 2-0 win for Burnley at home over Watford on Monday. Watford failed to clear a corner which allowed George Boyd to hit a snap shot at goal, but Heurelho Gomes did well to deny him with a smart save. Burnley continued to have the better of the first 45 as Watford struggled to offer anything going forward before the home side took a deserved lead on 38 minutes.
