Chelsea 2, Swansea City 2 (The Associated Press)
Swansea City and Chelsea shared the spoils at the Liberty Stadium on Sunday after a dramatic second half saw Diego Costa grab a spectacular equaliser to make it 2-2. The visitors got off to a strong start and were ahead on 18 minutes when the Swans failed to clear their lines, allowing Costa to slot the ball past Lukasz Fabianski to make it 1-0. Eden Hazard and Costa then had further chances to increase Chelsea's lead before halftime but neither could find the back of the net.
