FC Dallas-New York CIty FC preview (The Associated Press)
One of the most anticipated matchups of the MLS season takes place Saturday at Yankee Stadium, where New York City FC puts a five-match home streak on the line against U.S. Open Cut titlist FC Dallas. FC Dallas enters the match atop the Western Conference with a 15-6-8 record and plus-8 goal difference ahead of second-place Los Angeles (11-14-4). New York City FC is in third in the Eastern Conference at 12-8-9.
