Houston embracing spoiler role against NYCFC (The Associated Press)
The Houston Dynamo can play the spoiler when they host New York City FC on Friday at BBVA Compass Stadium. The Dynamo (7-11-11), who are last in the Western Conference with 32 points, will try to prevent New York City from moving into first place in the Eastern Conference. After clinching their first playoff berth in their second season, New York City FC is in a logjam atop the East.
