Panthers announce Huberdeau's $35.4M, 6-year extension (Yahoo Sports)
Jonathan Huberdeau's $35.4 million, six-year extension was formally announced by the Florida Panthers on Wednesday, the forward becoming yet another piece of the team's young core to be locked into a long-term deal this year. Aleksander Barkov signed an extension in January, and Aaron Ekblad, Vincent Trocheck, Reilly Smith and now Huberdeau all got extensions done this summer.
