Sanchez, Giroud help Arsenal roll by lowly Sunderland (The Associated Press)
Arsenal trounced Sunderland 4-1 at the Stadium of Light on Saturday as Alexis Sanchez and Olivier Giroud each bagged a brace to send the Gunners back to the top of the Premier League table - if only for a few hours. Sunderland's Jermain Defoe leveled the match at 1-1 in the 65th minute before capitulation ensued. It was all too easy for the visitors as David Moyes' Sunderland collapsed to give Arsenal an easy win.
