Brooks, Besler, Gonzalez start for US against Mexico (The Associated Press)

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) -- Central defenders John Brooks, Matt Besler and Omar Gonzalez all were in the starting lineup for the United States' World Cup qualifier against Mexico on Friday night.
