Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has been charged by the English Football Association for the second time in a week, this time for verbally abusing a referee in a Premier League game. Mourinho was sent to the stands during United's 0-0 draw against Burnley at Old Trafford on Saturday, with the FA charging him with misconduct for using ''abusive and/or insulting words towards a match official'' in the tunnel area at halftime. Mourinho appeared to be most upset when referee Mark Clattenburg did not award United a penalty after Burnley defender Jon Flanagan challenged Matteo Darmian in the area.
