A trio of headers gave England a 3-0 victory over Scotland on Friday, consolidating the Group F lead while further imperiling its neighbor's hopes of making the 2018 World Cup. The goals from Daniel Sturridge, Adam Lallana and Gary Cahill ensured the score appeared far more convincing than the actual performance by England in the 113th meeting of international football's oldest rivals. ''It wasn't as comfortable as we would have liked,'' Lallana said.
