Spain tacked on some late goals to trounce Macedonia while Italy eased up after a first-half barrage at Lichtenstein to remain tied atop Group G with 10 points each. Ireland seized control of Group D with a 1-0 win over Austria while seeing rivals Wales and Serbia draw 1-1 after a dramatic end in Cardiff.
