Everton breaks out of rut to top Leicester 2-0 (The Associated Press)

Everton recorded a comfortable win over Leicester at the King Power this Boxing Day as second-half goals from Kevin Mirallas and Romelu Lukaku meant it's a welcome win for Ronald Koeman's side, who have been in a bit of a rut since September.
