Ibrahimovic's brace pulls Man U past West Brom (The Associated Press)
West Bromwich Albion went down 2-0 to Manchester United at the Hawthorns on Saturday thanks to two goals from the clinical Zlatan Ibrahimovic. The visitors started well and were ahead after only five minutes when a slick move allowed Jesse Lingard to race down the right and send in a superb cross which Ibrahimovic was able to nod in at the back post. Wayne Rooney then had a chance to double the lead midway through the half but his half-volley was well tipped onto the crossbar by former United keeper Ben Foster.
