LA Galaxy promotes Curt Onalfo to head coach of MLS team (The Associated Press)
The Los Angeles Galaxy has promoted Curt Onalfo to head coach after he led their team in the United Soccer League for three seasons. The 47-year-old former Galaxy player led the LA Galaxy II to a 41-20-25 record and three consecutive playoff berths, including last year's USL Western Conference championship.
