Rose helps Tottenham get by Burnley (The Associated Press)
Tottenham overcame Burnley with a 2-1 victory on Sunday at White Hart Lane thanks to a second-half winner from Danny Rose. The visitors started well and were nearly in front after 13 minutes when Andre Gray latched onto a cross and hit a shot against the legs of Hugo Lloris. Sean Dyche's men then did take the lead on 21 minutes when Ashley Barnes made the most of poor defending from Tottenham and buried the ball from close range.
