UEFA charges Dynamo Kiev, Besiktas after fan violence (The Associated Press)

NYON, Switzerland (AP) -- UEFA has charged Dynamo Kiev and Besiktas with disciplinary offenses after fan violence marred a Champions League game between the teams.
