Man City climbs to 3rd in EPL with win over Burnley (The Associated Press)
City were on top for the large parts of the game despite good spells of pressure from Burnley. The best chances of the first half fell to Kelechi Iheanacho, but the young forward spurned two good opportunities while Raheem Sterling also wasted a good chance. Clichy picked up possession on the edge of the box and arrowed a shot into the bottom corner for his first goal since November 2014.
