Britos' goal lifts Watford past Sunderland (The Associated Press)
Miguel Britos' second-half header ended Watford's four-game winless run and proved enough to secure a slim 1-0 victory for the home side on Saturday. Another defeat for Sunderland leaves them rooted to the bottom of the table and in serious danger of relegation with only nine games remaining. After a hectic and disorganized first half, Watford started to create opportunities through the fruitful dribbling efforts of Etienne Capoue and Mbaye Niang.
