Hull helps chances of avoiding relegation by beating West Ham (The Associated Press)
Hull City boosted their survival hopes with a 2-1 comeback victory over out-of-form West Ham United at the KCOM Stadium on Saturday. The Tigers fell behind after 18 minutes when Andy Carroll finished confidently, but left-back Andrew Robertson levelled the score eight minutes into the second period. Hull completed the turnaround with five minutes to play when Andrea Ranocchia headed in a corner kick at the near post to consign the Hammers to a fourth straight defeat.
