West Ham United 2, Sunderland 2 (The Associated Press)
An entertaining four-goal match at the Stadium of Light saw the points shared on Saturday afternoon as Sunderland and West Ham played out a 2-2 draw. Visiting West Ham got their noses in front five minutes in as Andre Ayew was unmarked when he turned home Andy Carroll's mishit volley from close range, but Sunderland levelled midway through the first half. Wahbi Khazri caught the Hammers sleeping from a corner, getting the ball over Edimilson Fernandes at the near post and into the far corner, although it looked like Victor Anichebe was hindering goalkeeper Darren Randolph.
