Rapids-D.C. United Preview (The Associated Press)
Coming off a disappointing season with the Colorado Rapids, Brazilian midfielder Marcelo Sarvas has wasted little time making the most of a fresh start with D.C. United. Now he'll face the club that traded him away as D.C. looks to earn its first win by extending an unbeaten run against Colorado in Sunday night's home opener. Sarvas became known for his tenacious playmaking ability while helping Los Angeles win two MLS Cup titles in his first three seasons.
