Prosecutors announced Friday that Buffalo Sabres forward Evander Kane will not face criminal charges following an investigation into a possible sexual assault. Acting Erie County District Attorney Michael Flaherty said the decision was made after an examination of the facts, including the results of forensic and toxicological testing. ''No charge will be filed because there is no evidence to support the filing of a criminal filing of a criminal action,'' Flaherty said during a news conference.
