The Latest: French and Icelandic dignitaries head for match (The Associated Press)

The heads of state and prime ministers from France and Iceland are to attend the European Championship quarterfinal between their countries on Sunday. French president Francois Hollande has been a regular guest wearing his Les Bleus scarf at Euro 2016 matches. Prime Minister Manuel Valls will lead a delegation of French lawmakers among the VIP guests at Stade de France, according to UEFA.
