Acosta at left back for US in World Cup qualifier (The Associated Press)

Kellyn Acosta was set to make his competitive debut for the United States, starting at left back in Friday's World Cup qualifier at St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The 21-year-old FC Dallas defender was part of the U.S. roster at last year's Under-20 World Cup. Yedlin was part of a 4-4-2 formation for Friday's match at Arnos Vale, with Brad Guzan in goal, DeAndre Yedlin at right back and Geoff Cameron and Matt Besler in central defense.
