Spurs strike early, beat Man City 2-0 in clash of titans (The Associated Press)
Tottenham Hotspur overcame Manchester City with an excellent 2-0 victory thanks to an Aleksandar Kolarov own goal and a Dele Alli strike at White Hart Lane on Sunday. The home side started the game with real intent and attacked Man City from kick off. Heung-Min Son hit a shot at goal after only a few seconds but the ball flew over the bar from a tight-angle.
