Toronto FC aims to overtake Montreal for MLS Cup spot (The Associated Press)
With one game separating either the Montreal Impact and Toronto FC from their first MLS Cup berth, each side can have legitimate reasons to feel that they have momentum coming into Wednesday's match. Montreal jumped out to a 3-0 lead last week and while it saw Toronto chip away, it heads into the second leg of the Eastern Conference finals at BMO Field with the 3-2 advantage on the scoreboard. If it can hold off Toronto's high-powered offense over 90 minutes, which isn't an easy task, it will qualify for December's MLS Championship game.
