Mark Noble penalty earns West Ham 1-0 win over Burnley (The Associated Press)
West Ham were victorious against Burnley at the London Stadium on Wednesday as Noble's penalty supplied the only goal. A drab first half saw very few chances from either side, but it was West Ham who enjoyed the vast majority of possession. Burnley came back from the interval revitalised, but the hosts withstood constant peppering of their goal to hang on for the three points.
