Pugh's goal gets Bournemouth past Leicester City (The Associated Press)

Bournemouth took all three points at home to Leicester City on Tuesday night as they rose to eighth in the league thanks to Marc Pugh's first-half goal. The winger was well-placed and on hand to volley home past Ron-Robert Zieler after Benik Afobe's initial effort was blocked by the legs of the keeper. Riyad Mahrez played a perfectly weighted pass into Jamie Vardy, who rounded the keeper but could only see his shot at an open goal deflected over by Steve Cook.
